Terms

50% deposit required at time of booking to hold reservation, or if paying by check, payment is required within 2 weeks. Balance to be paid prior to or upon arrival. Refunds for cancellations (minus 10%) if time re-booked. Add 6% Bahamian Hotel Tax to all rates. Turtle Hill Villas accepts Mastercard and Visa. Turtle Hill Connection accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Check In is at 3:00 PM unless villa is ready.

Check Out is at 10:00 AM.

Please note:Although Bahamas Immigration only requires proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate or photo ID), many U.S. airlines are requiring passports or government issued photo ID. Please check with your airline regarding their policy.

Please Note

  • We provide weekly maid service. If you wish to have additional maid service, please let us know in advance. There is an extra charge for this service.
  • Toilet paper and paper towels are initially provided, but are thereafter the responsibility of the tenant.
  • If your party arrives with a great deal of luggage and/or groceries, we ask that you please assist us with it.
